Overview
Study programme aims to prepare professionals of Biomechanics who, after completing the study program, would successfully enter the labor market related to the field of medical and biomechanical engineering, could be employed in industrial or state enterprises or in other fields chosen by the graduate. Alternatively, such graduates could pursue a degree and contribute to the well-being of the country and society through the application of: engineering practices and critical thinking acquired through continuous professional development and competence in lifelong learning.

Career opportunities
Biomechanics is an interdisciplinary study program closely related to biomechanics and biomedical engineering, so the nature and role of work may differ from the choice of specifics. Persons with the Bachelor in Engineering qualification degree successfully engage in multidisciplinary teams in health care centres, hospitals and medical equipment companies, orthopaedic companies, laboratories and research centres. Graduates can obtain appropriate job position after graduation not only in Lithuania but also abroad. After completing this program, graduates can not only work successfully but also continue their studies and pursue a master’s degree.
